Our Biesse Winstore is an automated board store, configured for the optimized management of all our sheet material. Feeding our automatic routers, the customized Biesse Winstore helps increase productivity whilst reducing cycle times.

Automated CNC Routers

Our 6 bespoke Biesse Rovers are fed by our Winstore enabling large personalised production capability for all our dealers and contract customers.

Quality Control & Sorting

This is the very first time that the routered pieces are handled for inspection by our trained staff and sorted on to production trolleys.

Edgebander

Doors arrive by trolley to be edged using PUR glue giving a premium quality finish and ensuring all doors are fit for purpose in the client’s home.

Press Line

A BA operator begins the press process by carefully loading door components onto the conveyor table, which enables them to pass through a micro cleaner to remove any impurities.

Glue Spraybotic

Door components enter the robotic spray chamber where they are automatically sprayed with glue for the highest quality finish. Twice on the edges and once on the face of the door.

Pressing

After glue curing in the oven, the components travel along a conveyor to be photographed ensuring they are positioned correctly, negative air cleaned for static and the foil then vacuum applied on the press.

Cut Out

The whole press bed is then automatically rotated and the components travel along the conveyor to be trimmed out before entering a special brush cleaning process to remove any unwanted glue spray.

Inspection

All BA Components are monitored carefully throughout the inline production process, but more so here. Products filter out into a specifically lit inspection area where staff carefully examine each part through feel and vision.

Drilling

Drilling is offered upon request to all our customers who want predrilled holes for hinge and handle fittings.

Skipper

Our Biesse Skipper is designed for rebates, drilling and further intricate machining. By giving the maximum performance this machine offers BA new opportunities in bespoke furniture design and construction to pass on to our client base

Curved Door Press

From bespoke one-offs to high volume production depending on our customers’ needs, BA produces stylishly curved doors with a Burkle deep chamber press.

Packaging

All BA furniture components are packaged using a “made to measure” box making machine that ensures a proper fit every time. These customized boxes give all BA products the ultimate lightweight rigid protection needed for transportation to our customers.

Despatch

In the final stage, all our customer products are batched, scanned and loaded on to a trailer for despatch by one of our reputable delivery agents.
